Non-Refundable Tickets:

Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased unless insurance was selected at checkout. Without insurance, we cannot offer any reimbursement for cancellations, regardless of circumstances. We recommend verifying your order before completing your purchase.

Refundable Tickets (with Insurance):

If insurance was added at the time of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund in the event of a force majeure that prevents the establishment from welcoming you. Additionally, with proof of inability to attend, such as an emergency or travel issue, the booking fees will be fully refunded if we are notified at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled date and time.
