If your tickets have not yet been sent, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed once we confirm that the tickets have not been dispatched.
Changes and Cancellations:
If you need to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling or updating details, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes once tickets have been sent, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the tickets have not yet been issued.
